Che buono questo contorno, il mio preferito !

Questa ricetta è perfetta e si prepara davvero in poche semplici mosse, tutte le verdure dell’autunno unite insieme per portare in tavola un piatto sano e saporito.

Ingredienti:

-150 g di zucca pulita

-2 zucchine medie

-2 carote medie

-1 broccolo siciliano

-2 patate medie

-1 finocchio pulito

-1/2 cipolla

-1 scalogno

-sale q.b.

-olio extravergine q.b.

-prezzemolo fresco q.b.

-pangrattato q.b.

Procedimento:

Pulire e tagliare le verdure a tocchetti non troppo piccole.

Condirle con sale, olio, pangrattato e prezzemolo.

Cuocere in forno caldo a 200 gradi per circa 25/30 minuti.
