Da Tina “in cucina”

Questa torta estiva oltre ad essere versatile è proprio golosa, basterà avere un rotolo di pasta sfoglia oppure pasta brisè ed il gioco è fatto!

Scegliete voi se cuocerla interamente farcita come ho fatto io, oppure cuocere solo la pasta base, e condirla successivamente.

Ingredienti:

-1 rotolo di pasta brisé o sfoglia
-1 melanzana grigliata
-1 pomodoro ramato
-mezzo avocado
-olio extravergine d’oliva
-sale q.b.
-basilico 

Procedimento:

Iniziate nel schiacciare con i rebbi di una forchetta il vostro avocado maturo.

Conditelo con 1 pizzico di sale ed un filo d’olio extravergine d’oliva.

Srotolate il vostro foglio di pasta brisè e spalmate sulla base la crema di avocado.

Ricoprite la superficie con le fette di pomodoro e melanzane grigliate.

Condite con sale e olio extravergine d’oliva.

Fate dei ghirigori sui bordi della pasta e cuocete la vostra torta in forno caldo a 180/190 gradi per 25/30 minuti.
