Da Tina “in cucina”

I mini croissant sono degli squisiti croissant salati, di piccole dimensioni, semplici da preparare e molto gustosi, amatissimi da grandi e bambini. Possono essere sia uno sfizioso antipasto, ma anche un accompagnamento per l’aperitivo o per un buffet.

Guardate un pò che ripieno gustoso che ho scelto…

Finiranno in un istante!

Ingredienti:

-1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia tondo

-1 cipolla di tropea

-2-3 cucchiai d’olio extravergine d’oliva

-curry q.b.

-sale q.b.

-3 cucchiai di formaggio spalmabile

-basilico fresco

-60 g circa di formaggio grattugiato

-olive nere q.b.

-1 uovo per spennellare la superficie della pasta sfoglia, prima di infornare
