  • INGREDIENTI PER UNO STAMPO DA 26 cm di diametro: -300 g di farina 0 -100 g di olio extravergine di oliva -100 g di zucchero semolato -2 cucchiaini di lievito per dolci in polvere -2 uova intere medie -1 pizzico di sale -buccia di limone grattugiata fresca -2 tipi di confetture a piacere

Procedimento

PROCEDIMENTO: Impastate il panetto di pasta frolla e mettetelo a riposare in frigo per 30 minuti avvolto nella pellicola per alimenti. Trascorso il tempo di riposo, stendete al mattarello la pasta con uno spessore di mezzo centimetro circa e farcite a piacere con la vostra confettura preferita. Noi l'abbiamo farcita con la mia confettura di albicocche fatta in casa la scorsa estate e confettura di amarene.
