Ingredienti

  • INGREDIENTI: -2 carote -1 costa di sedano -2 porri -1 cipolla bianca -2 patate -prezzemolo q.b. -100 g di pancetta tesa di Norcia -400 g di orzo perlato -sale e pepe q.b -olio extravergine di oliva

Procedimento

Step 1

PROCEDIMENTO: In una casseruola mettere olio extravergine di oliva insieme alle verdure tagliate a tocchetti grossolani. Fare soffriggere le verdure e poi aggiungere l’orzo ben lavato. Tostare per qualche minuto l’orzo, aggiungere dell’acqua fino a coprire il tutto. Portare a cottura, occorreranno all’incirca 40/50 minuti. Aggiustare di sale a piacere. Impiattare e servire.
