Da Tina “in cucina”

Che ne pensate, vi va di riscaldarvi con una bella Zuppa di ceci e zucca?

Cremosa e aromatica, saporita ed avvolgente, da assaporare ben calda magari accompagnata da fragranti crostoni di pane tostato.

Pochi ingredienti genuini che scaldano i cuore!

Ecco gli ingredienti…

Ingredienti:

-500 g di zucca pulita e tagliata a cubetti

-500 ml di brodo vegetale

-300 g di ceci lessati

-1/2 cipolla bianca

-4 cucchiai d’olio extravergine d’oliva

-sale a piacere

-pepe facoltativo

 

Procedimento:

In una casseruola ponete la cipolla tritata insieme all’olio extravergine d’oliva e lasciate soffriggere per qualche secondo.

A questo punto unite la zucca a cubetti e rosolate.

Unite anche i ceci (precedentemente lessati), il brodo vegetale, salate q.b. e portate a cottura il tutto per 30 minuti.

Impiattate la vostra zuppa di ceci e zucca e servite con un filo d’olio e una spolverata di pepe nero.
