Questa Torta alle Zucchine è fantastica da servire quando si ha poco tempo perchè si prepara in men che non si dica.
A casa io avevo delle zucchine da consumare e ho voluto addolcire ulteriormente con una cipolla rossa di Canara il tutto, ma voi scegliete pure la vostra verdura preferita e perchè no, farcirla in bianco con olio e rosmarino!
Vi assicuro che verrà letteralmente divorata!
Ecco la ricetta 🙂

 

Ingredienti:

-1 rettangolo di pasta brisé pronto (oppure 200 g di farina, 80 g di burro freddo, sale q.b., pepe q.b., acqua q.b)

-3 zucchine trifolate in padella con olio extravergine d’oliva e una cipolla rossa di Tropea

-grana grattugiato q.b.

 

Procedimento:

Impastate gli ingredienti, fate riposare la pasta per circa 15 minuti e poi tiratela al mattarello.

Farcite il rettangolo di pasta brisé con le verdure, spolverizzate la superficie con del grana grattugiato e infornate subito a 180 gradi per circa 20/30 minuti.

Tagliate quando sarà fredda e servite!
