Da Tina “in cucina”

 

Lo Strudel di scarole una ricetta salata ricca e gustosa da preparare subito 🤗 L’ ho preparata ieri pomeriggio per voi, ecco le dosi.
Ingredienti:
-300 g di farina tipo 0
-1 cucchiaino di lievito di birra liofilizzato
-1 cucchiaino di zucchero
-1 cucchiaino di sale
-circa 150 ml di acqua
-2 cucchiai di olio extravergine d’oliva
Per il ripieno:
-1 cespo di scarola liscia lessata
-100 g di tacchino a cubetti
-2 cucchiai di olive verdi tagliuzzate al coltello
-60 g di caciotta a dolce
-3 cucchiai di formaggio grattugiato
Cuoce in forno a 180 C⁰ per 30/40 minuti circa
