Da Tina “in cucina”

I rustici di pasta sfoglia sono sempre versatili e sono indubbiamente un ottimo finger food sfizioso e velocissimo da preparare.

Oggi ho realizzato una farcitura salata composta da mozzarella e prosciutto cotto che viene racchiusa in un guscio croccante di pasta sfoglia! Uno tira l’altra come le caramelle!

Guardate un pò come racchiudo il ripieno!!!

-1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia

-100 g di prosciutto cotto tagliato a listarelle

-100 g di mozzarella asciutta tagliata a listarelle
