Il risotto ai porri è un primo piatto vegetariano gustoso e facile da preparare.
Pochi ingredienti per creare un piatto raffinato e salutare anche dal punto di vista nutrizionale.
Ecco come realizzare il vostro risotto 🙂

Ingredienti

  • -300 g di riso basmati - 2 porri -4 cucchiai d'olio extravergine d'oliva - 1/2 cipolla bianca -sale q.b. -brodo vegetale q.b.
  • Per mantecare: -50 g di burro e 80 g di parmigiano grattugiato fresco

Procedimento

Step 1

Pulite ed affettate i porri. In una padella fate scaldare i 4 cucchiai d'olio extravergine d'oliva con mezza cipolla tritata.

Step 2

Aggiungete alla padella i porri affettati e fateli appassire a fuoco dolce. Aggiungete il riso e fatelo tostare bene.

Step 3

Bagnate il tutto con il brodo e portate avanti la cottura. Salate e pepate a piacere.

Step 4

Al termine della cottura del risotto, toglietelo dal fuoco e mantecatelo con burro e abbondante parmigiano grattugiato. Servite il risotto e buona cena!
