Ingredienti:

Per la pasta bianca:

-200 g di farina di semola

-2 uova medie intere

-1 pizzico di sale

Per la pasta verde al basilico:

-200 g di farina di semola

-1 uovo

-20 foglie di basilico fresco

-1 pizzico di sale

-1 cucchiaio d’olio extravergine d’oliva

Per farcire:

-250 g di ricotta vaccina

-30 g di parmigiano grattugiato fresco

-1 uovo medio intero

-sale q.b.

-pepe q.b.

Per condire:

-burro q.b.

-foglie fresche di salvia q.b.
