Da Tina “in cucina”

Un piatto povero e semplice, che va a ruba ogni qualvolta lo realizzo! pasta avanzata unita ad uova e formaggio se si vuole, è una ricetta del riciclo che mette subito di buon umore.

La tradizione vuole che la si prepari per le gite fuori porta o per gustarla in riva al mare, dopo aver fatto il bagno;

insomma un piatto unico da servire sia freddo che tiepido, a casa o all’aperto, l’importante è gustarlo 🙂

Andiamo a vedere come si fa !

 

PREPARAZIONE: 10 MINUTI

COTTURA: 30/40 MINUTI

DOSI: 6 PERSONE

 

Ingredienti:

-400 g di spaghetti al pomodoro e basilico fresco

-6 uova medie intere

-sale q.b.

-pepe q.b.

– 5-6 cucchiai di olio extravergine d’oliva

-parmigiano (facoltativo)
