Da Tina “in cucina”

Oggi abbiamo fatto un salto nel Medio Oriente per portare in tavola una delle ricette veloci e ideali per l’aperitivo, ma soprattutto una ricetta veg.

Una deliziosa crema dal sapore particolare grazie alla presenza di ceci abbinata all’asprigno del succo di limone, il tutto accompagnato dall’olio extravergine d’oliva e una spolverata di semi di sesamo.

Andiamo a vedere come si prepara!

Ingredienti per 2 persone:

-250 g di ceci precotti

-mezzo limone

-sale e pepe q.b.

-semi di sesamo

-circa 2 cucchiai di olio extravergine d’oliva

Per finire:

-pane tostato

-1 pomodoro a fette

Procedimento:

In un mixer da cucina frullate insieme i ceci precotti, il sale, il pepe, l’olio, semi di sesamo e mezzo limone spremuto.

Una volta ottenuta una crema omogenea, versate il composto in delle ciotoline monoporzioni e guarnite con pane tostato, un filo d’olio extravergine, semi e pomodori.
