Da Tina “in cucina”

Le Frittelle di Mele in Pastella  sono un dolcetto goloso e facilissimo da realizzare, basteranno pochissime mosse per ottenere una merenda buona e salutare.

Si tagliano le mele a fette, si aromatizzano alla cannella e poi si immergono in una cremosa pastella fatta di uovo, latte e farina. Successivamente si friggono in olio bollente e se si vuole, si ripassano nello zucchero!

Che aspettate a rifarle !!!

 

Ingredienti:

-1 mela

-100 g di farina

-1 uovo medio intero

-1 cucchiaio di zucchero

-50 ml di latte

-buccia grattugiata di limone

-1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci

-cannella in polvere q.b.

N.B.

La cottura di queste Frittelle di Mele in Pastella, può avvenire anche in forno, cuocendole a 180 gradi in forno statico per circa 20/25 minuti.
