Da Tina “in cucina”

Soffice e profumato questo impasto è davvero favoloso. A casa lo abbiamo condito generosamente con pomodorini, tonno sbriciolato, cipolla di Tropea, sale olio ed origano.

Una focaccia molto idratata che risulterà appiccicosa, ma ungendoti le mani con olio, riuscirai a gestirla al meglio.

Ti lascio gli ingredienti per l’impasto
Per una teglia quadrata 24×24 cm
-250 g di farina tipo 0
-100 g di stracchino fresco
-1 cucchiaio d’olio extravergine d’oliva
-1 cucchiaino di sale
-150/200 ml d’acqua
-1 cucchiaino di lievito di birra liofilizzato
Impasta, fai lievitare per circa un’ ora e mezza e successivamente versala nella teglia unta.
Condiscila e attendi ancora 30 minuti prima d’infornarla.
Cuoci a 190 gradi fino a doratura.
