Da Tina “in cucina”

Ecco un dolcetto da leccarsi i baffi!

Ho realizzato una variante della Rocciata Umbra, il dolce tradizionale di questa magnifica regione: l’Umbria.

Ecco il ripieno:

-100 g di uvetta passolina

-50 g di fichi secchi

-50 g di albicocche secche

-100 g di noci sgusciate

-50 g di cioccolato fondente

-2 mele

-1 pera

-1o2 cucchiai di cacao amaro in polvere

-buccia gratt. di un limone bio

-2 cucchiai di zucchero a velo

-semi di anice q.b.

-cannella in polvere

-mistrà

-miele e alchermes per la guarnizione

Inoltre pasta fillo per racchiudere
