Da Tina “in cucina”

Ingredienti:

Per il rotolo pan di spagna:

-4 uova medie

-140 g di zucchero

-90 g di farina 00

-vaniglia o buccia di limone grattugiata

-1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci

Per farcire:

-250 g di panna liquida fresca (da montare)

-250 g di crema pasticcera

-1 barattolo di ananas sciroppato

-foglioline di menta

-q.b. di zucchero a velo

-parte del rotolo pan di spagna (da sbriciolare) per la realizzazione del fiore mimosa
