Ingredienti:
-2 zucchine medie fresche (tagliate sottili e fatte riposare per 5 minuti con il sale)

Per la farcia:
-1 scatoletta di tonno sgocciolato
-1 uovo sodo
-1 cucchiaino di capperi sott’aceto
-1 cucchiaio di maionese
-1 cucchiaio di Philadelphia
-1 pizzico di sale
-1 pizzico di pepe

Procedimento:
Tritate tutti gli ingredienti della farcia in un robot da cucina, succesivamente farcite le strisce di zucchine tamponate con un canovaccio, dall’acqua di vegetazione e arrotolate come per formare delle roselline.
Servite su di un letto d’insalata, carotine alla julienne e pomodorini.
