Ingredienti

  • INGREDIENTI: -500 g di polenta lessa, raffreddata e tagliata a cubetti -1 uovo intero e 1 tuorlo -40 g di formaggio grattugiato -sale, pepe e noce moscata q.b. -80 g di tonno sott'olio (sgocciolato) -1 albume (che avanza dal tuorlo, messo in precedenza nell'impasto) -cornflakes q.b. -1 l di olio per friggere

Procedimento

Step 1

PROCEDIMENTO: Frullare la polenta insieme al formaggio, le uova, sale, pepe e noce moscata q.b. Aggiungere il tonno sgocciolato dal suo olio di governo. Amalgamare e formare le crocchette. Intingere le crocchette di polenta poco per volta nell'albume d'uovo, e ripassare ancora nei cornflakes sbriciolati con le mani. Friggere, infine in olio a 180 gradi fino a doratura. Servire tiepide. Buon Appetito!!!!
