-150 g di farina
-2 uova
-150 ml di latte
– sale
-1 cucchiaio di olio d’oliva
Inoltre:
-150 g di prosciutto cotto
-80 g di Parmigiano grattugiato
-salsa besciamel q.b.
-300 g di funghi champignon
-1 spicchio d’aglio
-prezzemolo tritato
-rucola fresca q.b. tritata
