Da Tina “in cucina”

Questa ricetta buonissima è una salsa di origini medio orientali composta principalmente da polpa di melanzane e spezie varie.

Si prepara in poche semplici mosse, ottenendo un risultato dal gusto unico e deciso.

Infatti, dopo aver cotto le melanzane in forno, basta ricavarne la polpa, condirla con olio, sale e pepe e aromatizzarla con del succo di limone, uno spicchio d’aglio.

Andiamo un po’ a vedere come abbiamo fatto io e Sofia 🙂

-1 melanzana cotta in forno e priva della buccia
-succo di 1/2 limone
-1 ciuffetto di prezzemolo fresco
-sale ed olio extravergine d’oliva q.b.
-1/2 spicchio d’aglio
-semi di sesamo q.b.
-crostini o Torta al Testo Umbra
