Ingredienti

  • Ingredienti per uno stampo da 24/25 cm di diametro:
  • -150 g di fecola di patate -150 gr di farina di grano saraceno -300 g di zucchero semolato -300 g di ricotta fresca di mucca -3 uova -1pizzico di sale (che nei dolci ci sta bene, esalta il sapore) -buccia gratt. di un limone bio -1 bustina di lievito per dolci -60/70 g di gocce di cioccolato fondente (o al latte)

Procedimento

Step 1

Procedimento: Lavora con una semplice frusta per dolci la ricotta insieme allo zucchero. Poi aggiungi le uova e continua a lavorare, grattugia anche la buccia del limone e pian piano incorpora le farine.

Step 2

Ora e' il momento di aggiungere le gocce di cioccolato, amalgama e versa tutto nello stampo imburrato ed infarinato. Cuoci in forno gia' caldo a 170/180 gradi per 30/40 minuti. Raffredda poi la ciambella e spolvera con zucchero al velo. Servi e.... buoni dolci da Tina
