Ingredienti

  • -250 g di farina rimacinata di grano duro -250 g di farina 0 -300 g di acqua -10 g di lievito di birra fresco (panetto) -10 g sale -1 cucchiaino di miele -2 cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva
  • Per la farcia: -500 g di passata di pomodoro (condita almeno 2 orette prima di farcire e friggere, con origano q.b., sale q.b. e olio q.b.) -250 g di mozzarella sminuzzata -200 g di prosciutto cotto
  • -1litro di olio di semi di arachide per friggere (Meglio se extravergine d'oliva ......ancora piu' salutare e gustoso

Procedimento

Step 1

Procedimento: Impastare, formare un panetto e attendere 1 ora per il riposo.

Step 2

Dopo un ora, formare tante palline (io ne ho ricavate 9) e rimettere a lievitare per altre 2 orette circa.

Step 3

A lievitazione avvenuta, stendere ogni panetto in un disco e farcire. Chiudere a mezza luna, sigillare con i rebbi di una forchetta e friggere subito in olio bollente a 180 gradi.

Step 4

Scolare dall'olio in eccesso e servire.
