BISCOTTI DI PASTA FROLLA SALATA AL PROFUMO DI ROSMARINO

IGREDIENTI:

-230 g di farina tipo 0

-60 g di formaggio pecorino (o parmigiano)

-2 uova intere medie

-80 ml di olio extravergine d’oliva

-1 cucchiaino di sale

-1 cucchiaino di lievito per torte salate

-rosmarino secco q.b.

-semi misti q.b. (facoltativi)

                                                            

                                                                   PROCEDIMENTO:

In una ciotola mescolate la farina insieme al formaggio, rosmarino, sale, lievito, i semi.

Alla fine aggiungete le uova e l’olio.

Amalgamate fino a formare un panetto, avvolgetelo nella pellicola per alimenti e ponetelo in frigo a riposare come una normale pasta frolla, per 30 minuti.

Riprendete poi l’impasto e stendetelo su di un piano di lavoro aiutandovi con il mattarello.

Ritagliate i vostri biscotti, secondo la vostra forma preferita e cuoceteli in forno a 180 gradi per circa 15/20 minuti.
