Da Tina “in cucina”

 

La Bowl di cous-cous è un piatto saporito e colorato perfetto per un pranzo o una cena all’insegna della leggerezza e della salute.
Preparata con cous-cous precotto e reidratato, questa preparazione viene arricchita con verdure croccanti, legumi e proteine, insaporita poi con spezie ed un filo d’olio extravergine d’oliva. Un piatto completo insomma.
La bowl di cous-cous è un’esplosione di gusto!
Tu come prepareresti la tua Bowl?
Ingredienti:
-150 g di cous cous precotto
-150 ml di acqua calda
-1 pizzico di sale
-1/2 cucchiaio di olio extravergine d’oliva
Inoltre:
-1 uovo strapazzato
-100 g di fagioli rossi cotti al vapore
-funghi sott’olio a sentimento
-3 pomodorini Pachino
-basilico fresco in foglie
-olio extravergine d’oliva q.b.
