Da Tina “in cucina”

Gli involtini di pasta sfoglia salati sono degli stuzzichini finger food golosissimi e facilissimi che sono stati realizzati dalla mia Linda Marzia Sofia!

Solo 4 ingredienti per portare a tavola un aperitivo sfizioso, dal successo garantito!

Croccanti, dorati e saporiti, andranno a ruba in pochi minuti!

Ingredienti:

-1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia rettangolare

-2 cucchiai di concentrato di pomodoro

-100 g di pancetta dolce

-3 cucchiai di Parmigiano grattugiato

 

Procedimento:

Stendete il rotolo di pasta sfoglia e cospargetelo con del concentrato di pomodoro.

Arricchite la superficie con Parmigiano grattugiato e pancetta a cubetti.

Arrotolate il tutto, formando un cilindro.

Tagliate da esso tanti pezzi  larghi circa 3-4 cm.

Cuocete in forno già caldo a 200 gradi per circa 20/25 minuti, o fino a doratura.
