Da Tina “in cucina”

Si preparano in 3 minuti questi biscottini con frutta secca, basta mescolare tutti gli ingredienti in ciotola e subito si dà vita ai filoncini.

Pochi minuti di forno e saranno pronti da affettare 🙂

Una Ricetta facilissima e veloce da sgranocchiare con un bel caffè oppure thè, o meglio ancora da portare in dono alle persone che amiamo !

Andiamo insieme a vedere come si fanno 🙂

 

Ingredienti:

-300 g di farina

-200 g di zucchero

-2 uova

-150 g di mandorle e nocciole

-1/2 bicchierino di liquore all’anice

-2 cucchiaini di lievito per dolci

-buccia grattugiata di limone

Per spennellare: 

q.b. di latte e zucchero semolato

Cuociono in forno per circa 20 minuti a 180 gradi.

  1. Possono essere serviti subito una volta raffreddati, se amiamo la morbidezza.

2. Oppure possono essere rimessi in forno per 5 minuti a 170 gradi, se amiamo la croccantezza !
