Da Tina “in cucina”

Ingredienti per la pasta:
-farina di semola q.b.
-farina tipo 0
-1 pizzico di sale
-2 albumi

Procedimento:

Preparate il vostro impasto di pasta fresca e fatelo riposare a temperatura ambiente per 30 minuti.

Cuocete la vostra pasta in acqua bollente salata e quando verrà a galla sarà pronta per essere servita.

Condite a piacere.
