Da Tina “in cucina”

 

Risi e bisi è un piatto veneto, tipico della cucina veneziana, vicentina e veronese, a base di riso e piselli.

 

Ingredienti per 4 persone:

-250 g di riso

-150 g di piselli

-1/2 cipolla (io di Cannara)

-3 cucchiai di olio extravergine d’oliva

-40 g di capocollo (o pancetta)

-circa 500 ml di brodo vegetale

-sale q.b

Procedimento:

Fare soffriggere in un tegame l’olio con la cipolla, aggiungere il capocollo a cubetti e fare insaporire.

Aggiungere i piselli e fare andare per circa 5-6 minuti rimestando per amalgamare.

Ora aggiungere il riso e tostarlo insieme al soffritto, dopodichè allungare con del brodo vegetale e portare a cottura salando q.b.

Servire il piatto ben caldo e Buon Appetito!
