Ingredienti per il Pan di Spagna per una teglia di 22/24 cm di diametro:

-5 uova

-125 g di farina

-150 g di zucchero

-25 g di cacao amaro in polvere

-1/2 bustina di lievito per dolci

Ingredienti per la Crema Pasticciera:

-500 ml di latte fresco intero

-4 tuorli d’uovo

-150 g di zucchero

-60 g di farina

– buccia di 1 limone biologico

Inoltre per decorare:

-250 ml di panna fresca liquida da montare (da aggiungere alla crema pasticciera per creare la “Chantilly”

-Caffe’ q.b. per bagnare i cubetti di Pan di spagna
