Ingredienti

  • Ingredienti: -250 g di farina 0 -250 g di farina 1 -100 g di Lievito Madre (oppure mezza bustina di lievito di birra disidratato) -300 ml di acqua tiepida -30 g di olio extravergine di oliva -5 g di sale fino
  • Per guarnire: -pomodoro Pachino -origano secco -olive verdi -olio extravergine d'oliva

Procedimento

Step 1

Impastate il vostro panetto, mettete a lievitare e successivamente stendete nella vostra teglia unta (io ho utilizzato una teglia da 35×35 cm). Fate lievitare per altri 30-40 minuti e poi guarnite con pomodori, olive, origano e olio extravergine d'oliva. Cuocete in forno preriscaldato a 180 g per 25/30 minuti. La vostra pizza è pronta!
