Ingredienti

  • Ingredienti: -600 g di petto di tacchino -q.b. di spezie di vostro gusto (esempio: menta, basilico, prezzemolo, paprika dolce, curcuma, cumino, pepe, ecc.) -1 uovo e 1 tuorlo (per legare) -sale q.b. -pangrattato (nel caso aveste uova un po' troppo acquose, e quindi andra' ad asciugare un po' il composto! a volte succede) -2 uova per impanare -cornflakes tritati fine per impanare -olio extravergine di oliva per friggere

Procedimento

Step 1

Procedimento: Frullare nel robot da cucina la carne insieme alle spezie scelte, le uova ed il sale.

Step 2

Una volta ottenuto il composto, simile ad una purea, formate tante palline e le schiacciate con il palmo delle mani. Passatele dapprima nelle uova battute precedentemente e poi nei cornflakes sbriciolati.

Step 3

Friggete le vostre polpettine di pollo e poi scolatele dall'olio in eccesso. Servitele con una buonissima insalatina con cipolla cruda, sale, olio e aceto di mele e gustatele insieme ai vostri cari Buon pranzo da Tina
