Ingredienti

  • Ingredienti: -250 g di riso per risotti (oppure basmati) -100 g di petto di tacchino -60 g di prosciutto cotto -n. 2 wurstel -3/4 funghi champignon -3 uova intere (per la frittatina) -1 mozzarella -1/2 cipolla -olio, sale e pepe nero q.b

Procedimento

Step 1

Procedimento: Cuocere il riso in acqua bollente e intiepidire a parte. Intanto preparare una frittatina con sale e pepe q.b. e dopo averla cotta, tagliate a cubetti.

Step 2

In una padella soffriggere olio con cipolla tritata, aggiungere i cubetti di petto di tacchino e scottare bene. Aggiungere anche i funghi tagliati a cubetti, i wurstel e il prosciutto cotto a listarelle.

Step 3

Saltare il tutto velocemente e tenere da parte. Quando il riso sara' tiepido, amalgamarlo al composto "spadellato" e aggiungere anche la mozzarella. Impiattare e servire
