Ingredienti

  • -300 g di farro perlato -1 cipolla -4 patate -4 zucchine -olio, sale e pepe q.b. -4 pezzi di salsicce di Norcia -acqua q.b.

Procedimento

Step 1

PROCEDIMENTO: Lessare il farro in acqua, scolare e tenere da parte. In una pentola, fare appassire la cipolla con olio extravergine di oliva, aggiungere la salsiccia spellata e fare rosolare a fuoco medio per 5 minuti. A questo punto aggiungere le verdure a cubetti e allungare con un po’ d’acqua o brodo vegetale. Portare a cottura e cuocere per 30 minuti. A fine cottura aggiustare di sale e introdurre il farro lessato in precedenza. Impiattare e spolverizzare con pepe q.b.
