Nella diretta di oggi pomeriggio, con Sofia abbiamo preparato delle gustosissime

FRITTELLE DI VERDURE

Ingredienti:

  • 200 g di farina tipo 0
  • circa 100 ml di acqua tiepida
  • 1 cucchiaino di lievito di birra liofilizzato (oppure 6 g di lievito di birra fresco)
  • 1 zucchina grattugiata e messa sotto sale per 10 minuti e successivamente strizzata
  • 1 carota grattugiata
  • olio di semi per friggere
  • sale q.b. da aggiungere alla fine

Procedimento:
Preparate dapprima la pastella che dovrà essere semi-liquida.
Farina, acqua e lievito.
Fate lievitare per 1 ora e 30 minuti.

Successivamente grattugiate le verdure.
Aggiungete quest’ultime alla pastella, amalgamate e friggete a cucchiaiate l’impasto in olio bollente, fino a dorarle.

Scolate le vostre frittelle su carta assorbente e servite
